Showcasing Your Art at Local Venues

Discover a world of creativity with our Art-On-Loan Program, exclusively for art club members! Enjoy the privilege of exhibiting your artwork at a variety of local venues, bringing color and conversation to community spaces. Our members are invited to seize these unique opportunities by signing up for exhibit sessions through a special link sent directly to their registered emails.

Our Art-on-Loan Coordinator points out the benefits of participating in this wonderful program:

• Provides artists with the opportunity to share their work with a wider audience across diverse and high traffic venues

• Encourages exhibiting art work beyond traditional gallery spaces for a certain defined period of time

• An artist and their artwork gets greater visibility, appreciation, and connection with the local community

• It supports artists in building confidence and expanding their reach and potentially generating sale opportunities

• It is a great opportunity to promote both your art, as well as raises awareness of the Sunnyvale Art Club within the local community

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our Art-on-Loan Coordinator outlines additional information for club members:

• The Art-on-Loan cycle runs on a two-month rotation, after which artworks will be exchanged across participating venues.

• Artists are required to review and sign the form sent by email 15 days before the art exchanges.

• Artists need to select the venue where they wish to display their artwork.

• Artists need to select the size of the painting(s)--large, medium, or small--that they plan to exhibit.

• Framing and hanging guidelines are provided on the last page of the SAC monthly newsletters.

• Each artist must complete the SAC exhibit card and ensure it is placed visibly next to their artwork. 

• If you are unable to attend the exchange in person due to scheduling constraints, our Art-On-Loan Coordinator and SAC President will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.  Just email us!
