• I've been pencil drawing since I was a young kid. I began a career as a graphic designer/illustrator after graduating from art school after high school. After working in the graphic design field for 16 years and after a major move from the East Coast to California, I worked in technical publications production in the high-tech field for 18 years. I also taught drawing lessons to adults, teens, and school-age children while getting a teacher's credential in Art. I also have experience in home renovation and real estate sales. After a Silicon Valley economic downturn, I switched gears and transitioned into the medical field for seven years as a licensed ultrasound tech. Currently retired, I'm really enjoying having lots of free time for all my creative hobbies of quilting, sewing, painting landscapes and animals, yard projects, and decorating my new house!
