I’m a visual artist established in California. I hold a Master's in Fine Arts from the University of California in Santa Barbara. I have experimented with many materials and techniques creating a vast body of work in traditional and digital strategies. In my recent work, I emphasize my passion for drawing, using a mixed-media approach based mostly on graphite, ink, watercolors, and pastels. I have also served as an art educator teaching drawing, animation, video editing, and art experimentation to a variety of schools and organizations. I like to think that visuals can connect people in different ways. I am a strong believer in Visual Poetry, when viewers, just with a glance at an image, recognize and identify something deeper in the artwork that also lies within themselves.
